Better Way Detroit will help our participants prepare for permanent employment, but once employed, they will continue to need encouragement and guidance to succeed. Can you give us an hour a week to keep in touch with our employed graduates and provide invaluable guidance? Learn more in the video below.
We need volunteers!
Our volunteers help us to reach out to the community organizations, their personal church community, and families and friends. We need volunteers to help us prepare lunch meals, and to assist us on-site, from special events to a day a month on hand to help us with participants.
